This Offer is from RBL Bank Limited (‘‘RBL Bank’’) to refer your family members and friends to open a

Digital Saving Account with RBL Bank and get Amazon Voucher of Rs.200/- (“Offer”). The Offer applies to

customer of RBL Bank who has received direct communication via email from RBL Bank (‘‘Customer’’) and

who’s friends and family members have opened an account during campaign period i.e. from 1

May to 30

June

2020 (“Offer Period”) on the following terms and conditions:

Program:

1. This Offer is only valid for the Customers who are Indian citizens and whose have received direct

communication via email from RBL Bank.

2. Customer has to share referral code (as per process mentioned in the mailer) with Family Members and

Friends to open a Digital Saving account with RBL Bank through MoBank using the referral code.

3. Digital Saving Account opened without using referral code will not be considered.

4. RBL Bank employees will not be eligible to receive the free gift voucher.

July will be considered eligible for the voucher.

6. For eligibility a Digital Savings Account will need to be opened during the period mentioned above and

a min. of Rs.5000/- be deposited.

7. Eligible customers will receive the e-voucher only on their registered email id / mobile numbers by end

of August 2020.

8. Offer is only valid for the Customer who receives the communication and cannot be extended to family,

friends or otherwise.

9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion/ offer/ accounts running on the website of the

RBL Bank Limited www.rblbank.com.

10. The Offer is non- transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable.

11. Customers are not bound in any manner to avail the Offer. Participation by the Customers is purely

voluntary and on participation or utilizing the Offer, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and

Conditions of the Offer at all times.

12. RBL Bank has all the right to revoke, cancel or modify the Offer specifics.

13. RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent

activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or

otherwise by use of the services.

14. RBL Bank makes no representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any

kind of e-voucher to the Customer as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness

for any particular purpose.

15. If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or

in part, the Terms and Conditions shall continue to be valid as to its other provisions and remainder of

such affected provision.

16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any

advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, the final decision will be RBL Bank’s discretion.

17. Failure by RBL Bank to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The decision made by RBL Bank in

relation to this Offer and matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the Customer. The courts

at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes with respect to all the subject

matter related to the Offer.

20. RBL Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy

in the services/ sale/ quality/ features rendered by BookMyShow (Big tree entertainment Pvt. Ltd.), its

agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold RBL Bank responsible or liable for,

any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses etc. that he/she may suffer

on account of the E-Discount Voucher. RBL Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost etc. that

you may incur in the event of failure or disruption of Third Party’s website, or from any other cause

relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the Third Party’s website.

Terms and conditions – Amazon

1. Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private limited ("Qwikcilver").

Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.

2. To add your GC to your Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard

3. Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift

card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next

purchase. There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.

4. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Amazon.in account.

5. Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global store

products and other Amazon.in gift cards.

6. Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in

7. The GCs, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date of issuance of the

9. Qwikcilver, Amazon Seller Service Private Limited ("Amazon") or their affiliates are not responsible if

a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

 Visit Amazon.in: Can be accessed through mobile app and website

 Select Amazon Pay from the navigation bar: Amazon Pay is the E-wallet, usable over the amazon store.

 Choose Add Gift card: This will open a Bar you have to enter the Gift Card Number

 Enter Gift card number: The Gift card number is a 16 digit Alpha-Numeric code.

 Wallet amount added successfully: The amount would get reflected in your Amazon pay wallet balance

instantly.
