1. The Buy-1-Get-1-Free movie tickets offer on Fridays for 3D, 2D and IMAX movies and the 20% or 10%

savings on eligible regular-priced movie tickets are valid from April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

2. Enjoy 20% savings on eligible regular-priced movie tickets (including 3D, 2D and IMAX movie tickets)

with Centurion

Card, The Platinum Card

, American Express

Platinum Credit Card, Blue Cash

Credit

Card from American Express, American Express

I.T Cashback Card and American Express

Charter

Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong. Enjoy 10%

savings on eligible regular-priced movie tickets (including 3D, 2D and IMAX movie tickets) for all other

American Express Cards issued by American Express in Hong Kong except American Express Corporate

Cards, American Express Cards that are not issued in Hong Kong and credit cards bearing the American

Express name, brand or logo issued by AEON Credit Services (Asia) Co. Ltd., DBS Bank (Hong Kong)

Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong.

The above 20% or 10% savings are collectively referred to herein as "Discount Offer".

3. Discount Offer is not valid on December 19 – 31, 2019. Discount Offer is also not applicable to tickets

priced at HK$35 or below, all shows on Tuesday and morning shows. "Morning shows" shall mean

shows with a screening start time between 8 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. at PALACE ifc and AMC Pacific Place,

and shows with a screening start time between 8 a.m. and 11.35 a.m. at all other participating cinemas.

4. Enjoy the Buy-1-Get-1-Free movie tickets offer on Fridays for 3D, 2D and IMAX movies with Centurion

Card, The Platinum Card, American Express Platinum Credit Card and American Express Charter Card

issued by American Express in Hong Kong. The above Buy-1-Get-1-Free movie tickets offer is referred

to herein as "Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer".

5. Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer is only applicable to shows screening during the period commencing from

Friday 8.00 a.m. and ending on the following day at 4.00 a.m. and is not applicable to movies screened

at Film Festivals.

6. Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer is only applicable to the same show screening at the same time on either

Thursdays and Fridays.

7. The above Discount Offer and Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer are collectively referred to herein as "Movie

Privileges", and cannot be enjoyed simultaneously.

8. Movie Privileges are only applicable to purchase of movie tickets at Broadway, PALACE, AMC , My

Cinema or MOViE MOViE Cityplaza Cinemas ticket counters or through participating cinema websites

but not applicable to tickets purchased through cinema hotlines.

9. Movie Privileges are not applicable to AMC Pacific Place - The Oval Office, MOViE MOViE Cityplaza -

MM MOMENTS and film festival.

10. A handling fee will be charged by Cinema.com.hk Ltd. on bookings via Broadway, PALACE, AMC, My

Cinema or MOViE MOViE Cityplaza Cinemas websites. Movie Privileges exclude the handling fee,

which is to be borne by Cardmembers.

11. Movie Privileges are subject to a maximum of 8 tickets per day.

12. Movie Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

13. Movie Privileges are not applicable to films which are subject to special arrangements with film

distributors. Cardmembers are advised to check with the respective cinemas on the validity of Movie

Privileges before booking.

14. If American Express and Edko Films Ltd. (“Edko Films”) becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in

American Express’ and Edko Films’s reasonable opinion), that a Cardmember: (a) made multiple

bookings with a view to re-selling any movie ticket; or (b) is otherwise engaged in conduct which

impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of these Movie Privileges, American Express and

Edko Films may, in their absolute discretion, cancel/ decline all bookings made by the Cardmember

without giving any reasons thereon.

15. American Express and Edko Films reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time

without prior notice.

16. Should any dispute arises, the decision of American Express and Edko Films shall be final.

17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and

Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
