7. Multiple Vouchers cannot be clubbed for redemption.

8. Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.

9. Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.

10. If lost/misused, the Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash

and cannot be re-validated under any circumstances.

11. In addition to these BookMyShow Voucher Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Vouchers and their use

on our Website are also subject to BookMyShow’ s General Terms of Use and BookMyShow’ s decision will

immediately diverted to BookMyShow.

14. The voucher is non-transferable in nature, i.e. once issued it cannot be transferred.

15. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to

participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

16. American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the

goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by

the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall

be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability

whatsoever with regard to the same.

19. To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash

alternative is available.

20. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

21. At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the

Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets.

22. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the Email Address/Mobile Number provided while completing

Platinum Reserve Credit Card issued in India by American Express Banking Corp.

2. Flipkart Gift Cards (” Vouchers”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd (“Qwikcilver”) which is a

private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of

India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.

3. The Vouchers can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.flipkart.com or Flipkart Mobile App

or Flipkart m-site ("Platform") only. Select the ‘Pay by Gift Card’ option. Enter your 16 digit gift card number

and the corresponding 6-digit PIN number when prompted.

4. These Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Vouchers or Flipkart First subscriptions.

5. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit

Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.

7. Vouchers will expire after 90 days from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be

forfeited thereafter.

10. You can combine a maximum of 15 Vouchers in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish

to redeem more number of Vouchers on a single order, please add your Vouchers to the Wallet.

11. American Express /Flipkart/QwikCilver assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the

Vouchers and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.

12. Under no circumstance validity of Vouchers will be extended, new Vouchers cannot be provided against

the expired/unused Gift Cards.

13. Qwikcilver/Flipkart reserves the right to cancel the Vouchers if the same have been found to be

purchased with fraudulent means.

by RBI under the RBI guidelines,
