Weekdays: 5:15 a.m. to 12:55 a.m. Please note that NOT all
COLTS xed routes operate during this time.
Saturdays: 7:45 a.m. to 12:55 a.m.
ADA service mirrors the service area and time of xed route
buses.

COLTS does not operate on Sundays.
COLTS does not provide service on the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,
anksgiving, and Christmas Day.
All COLTS vehicles are ADA compliant.
Regular Fares
Seniors 65 and older ride FREE all the time with a Senior Fare
card. ese are available through COLTS.
Cash: $1.75
Children 45 inches and shorter and accompanied by an adult
ride free.
College students, faculty and sta may be able to ride
certain routes for free. Please check with your college or visit
www.coltsbus.com/colleges for more information.
COLTS Passes
All COLTS passes are good on LCTA buses, and vice versa.
31-Day Adult Passes: $60; Adult 10-Ride Passes: $15.75

Reduced Fares
If you are under 65 years old and have a valid Medicare card,
you can ride at the reduced rate of half the regular rate. If you
have a disability as dened by the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990, you may be eligible for a Reduced Fare Card.
Applications are available at our main oce, at the Lackawanna
Transit Center, at coltsbus.com under “COLTS Fares,” or by
calling (570) 346-2061.

Reduced Fare Transfers: .35
Transfers
Transfers are available for 75 cents and can be used when you
are traveling more than one bus route. Ask your driver for one
as soon as you board the bus. Transfers can only be purchased
at the same time as your regular cash fare. Transfers are for use
only in continuous direction – from point of origin to point of
destination. Transfers are not good for a return trip on the same
route, or on any other route returning to your point of origin.
Transfers are good only for 90 minutes from the time of
purchase and only on the date purchased.
Connections
Connecting service to Luzerne County buses is available on the
#26 Mohegan Sun, #28 Pittston, and #31 Old Forge routes.
Lost & Found
If you leave something on a COLTS bus, you can call
570-346-2061 to see if it was found. Items le at COLTS
administrative oces for more than 30 days will be donated to
charity.
