c. approved flight manual 3.0.4.0(a)(2)
d. compliance document against special
conditions

e. test results related to HIRF 3.0.4.0(a)(4)
f. operational capability from >10,000 ft airports
and at high ambient temperatures +50C at sea
level

g. documents to meet noise and emissions
standards prescribed in ICAO Annex 16 or
equivalent

h. letter or intent from Indian customer/operator 3.0.4.0(a)(7)
i. any aircraft age restrictions specified in CAR,
Section 2, Series F, Part XX

3. Additional data as agreed to by DGCA and FAA 3.0.4.0(b)
4. Submit data package on eGCA web portal with FAA

DGCA Responsibilities
1. After receipt of application package from FAA, DGCA
eGCA web portal notifies the applicant and the FAA
of the acceptance of application or if incomplete,
communicate what is deficient or missing
Applicant Responsibilities
1. Provide information as specified in CAR 21 Subpart B
and AED-HDBK, Part 8

send one to the applicant
